The Dundee Artists Directory is a resource for benefitting and connecting artists in Dundee, to that end: all information entered into the form - and therefore into the DAD spreadsheet - will be public information. Please only input information you are comfortable with being public, exercise caution and use professional contact details where possible. The DAD will not be held responsible where users neglect to exercise caution.
The DAD cannot be held responsible for anything that arises from someone entering their details into the DAD form (and therefore also the DAD directory). The DAD is also not a guarantee of finding work, it should be used as a tool and directory only.
Users must be at least 16 years of age to use the Dundee Artist’s Database, anyone found to be in breach of this restriction will be removed and necessary action will be taken.
Users must only enter their own information, and all information must be correct to the best of their knowledge. Anyone found to be in breach of this restriction will be removed and necessary action will be taken.
The Dundee Artists Database is a resource for benefitting and connecting artists in Dundee, and should only be used as much. Anyone found to be misusing the DAD will be removed, banned from using the service and necessary action will be taken. The DAD reserves the right to remove anyone found to be misusing or abusing the DAD.
User’s information can be requested to be removed at any time, users reserve the right to request their information be removed at any time, the DAD will remove their information as soon as possible if such a request is made.
Dundee Artist’s Database will never contact you without your consent, if you would like to added or removed from our mailing list (should we ever have one) you can request your inclusion or removal at any time.
The DAD will never directly contact or lobby anyone to enter their details into the DAD form, or to use the DAD.
As the DAD grows, more terms and conditions may be necessary and will be added here.
